All Angles Logo

This is the final logo for All Angles. This design was the hidden gem among the many design concepts that were created. Normally, the ideal design is painfully obvious from even among those early sketches that were drawn on stickies and random junk mail. However, this design proved to deserve that extra patience and evolution.

Briefly following pre-design meetings with the client, the concept for the Icon became apparent to me. Marrying the lower case 'a' with the upper case 'A' triggered the imagery and effect that the client had expressed desiring. It was simple, yet memorable.

However, the incorporation of that Icon into a full logo, demanded the time and effort that definitivDESIGN (dD ) is adeptly suited for. The Icon needed to be bold, yet not alienated, and the name mandated functionality over aesthetic. The idea to have the name expand from the Icon as if it was being scrolled out on a banner presented itself, but the final expression of that idea was briefly elusive. Consequently, through client input and devotion to its development, the logo blossomed into it's final resultant presented here.
